Rmc had good potential but doctors are leaving because of the disorganization and time demands of doctors. You wait months to see a doctor and they rush you through and do not want to treat you. Phones are horrible. They have lvn’s instead of competent nurses to cut costs. FRUSTRATING AND TIRESOME. There is a doctor shortage snd you used to someone to have them leave or tell you they are too busy to treat more complicated cases, they make you wait months for test results once you pay for them Dr. Petty, Youssef and a patient needs immediate not prolonged care. Cannot form relationships with doctors Dr. Geyer/Dr. Rascool because tgey just ruch you through your appointment and nothing gets accomplished. Go anywhere else! IE in general gave horrible docyors mow the good ones at Rmc left or do not gave time fir you. Patients are gying because of these money hungary hwalrhcare dmsystems like Southwest running a monopoly. Temecula Valley Hospital used to be good but now horrible too like ranch & Inland and RCH!

****BEWARE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE**** I am so sick of Riverside Medical Clinic. The individual offices that 'I' go to are GREAT! But, the business end of it is horrible!!! They had a new management company take them over a couple/few years ago and they have ran it into the ground. I have been going there for over 30years and the facilitie's' were always packed. Now, they are empty. They are worried about making money and patients can suffer. You are just a number! I have an HMO and ONLY have an office visit co-pay. I have been getting botox injections every 3 months for migraines, and starting 2 years ago they figured out the patients weren't paying their Co-pays and took OVER two (2) years to 'rewrite the process.' Mind you this is the clinics fault as I have been billed for years a co-pay for biopsy's, and have to send a message every time to get it corrected. If the patients aren't being billed, of course they don't know to pay. It is a billing department procedure and issue, but you as the patient can't get the care you deserve because they can't get their issues figured out. So, I became the squeeky wheel. I was told multiple times I would receive calls back within 48hrs and did not receive calls back after multiole calls. No one calls back in the business office even though they repeatedly say they will. I couldn't get my injections for 6 months because there was 'no process.' Now the process is the nursing staff has to send a referral to the business office and they have to review it and collect any co-pays owed before anything can be done or medication by the nursing staff ordered (HMO remember, no co-pay). When advised of having an HMO, they didn't care. I was told it still have to be reviewed and I should push my appointment out. When told of my Doctors last day is next week, they didn't care. Said it still needed to be reviewed and would give no timers off how long this would take. **** DON'T GO HERE**THEY DON'T CARE****

Absolutely shocking to be on hold for over 2hrs and just 7th in the queue this practise has gone down hill so badly recently and receptionist just tell u to go to the pharmacy instead of seeing a doctor they are not doctors and if they think they are they should have trained instead of being rude to people that are worried about their health people put trust in them and these receptionist make people feel so bad my daughter has gone to the pharmacy after being told to get something on minor ailments and had to take my granddaughter to a&e because of this for antibiotics it's a joke

DR. Nadia Ifthikhar was amazing. She took a lot of time to ecplaine everything in details & helped my husband & me so much. Hopefully she will not move from here as it took us a long time to trust a Doctor after moving to Tarneit from Rowville 7 years ago. Thank you so much.

At this point, I'm not sure if the problem is with Riverside Medical Clinic or SCAN Health Plan, but either way, they both treat their patients poorly. I have been waiting for an injection for my knee pain since 12/15/25. I finally find out, by my own investigation, that the injection was not covered by my insurance. No one, not the doctor or the insurance, called me to let me know and has left me hanging for for 2 months! Today, I had an appointment regarding hearing loss and I was told to call the audiologist, which I did, only to find out that he was booked so far in advance (end of August) that my referral authorization expired the first of August and I would have to get another authorization. What has happened to our medical system. What was once a great medical clinic with good doctors, has turned into an automated, no care, system that leaves their patient's wandering around in the dark! I want to make a point that the support personnel, the appointment makers, the people who check you in, the medical support staff are all wonderful, kind and reassuring. I've heard that many of the doctors have left the clinic, and I find that disheartening and fearful that corporate America has put their profits above patient care. I hope I'm wrong.

I had a bypass hearh surgery 6 months ago and it has been my worst experience in my life. Dr. shanjha biswas is the most incompetence, useless and hepless doctor I have ever seen. Avoid them.

I went to collect a letter today after waiting a week, and was told to come back 3 hours later when I was to pick up my daughter. I said to the receptionist it was impossible for me to come back down as I have other responsibilities and she said well Doctor Johnston is on annual leave and other doctors are on consultation right up to 5pm, so I said all of them ? She said yes I was astonished at her response, I said I would like to talk to a supervisor or manager and she replied "stop shouting at me" I said "who is shouting at you?" She was completely esculating the situation. Then a nice nurse approached me and took me aside and she listened to what I had to say without rudly interrupting and she explained that she understood and that there would be a doctor available to print the letter she also said that doctor Johnston was in today and the receptionist was wrong. I have no.issue with the doctors, nurses in that practise at all they are amazing at there jobs, the issue is the condescending receptionist with no care in the world for anyone but themselves. She could have sorted the issue at first point of contact and she just refused to do her job, instead she said "if u don't like it you can move surgeries?" I could not believe what i was hearing, (how unprofessional and degrading thing to say, knowing fine well the preasures on the NHS today) this is not the first time I have had issues with the reception staff and it's always with the same individual wether it be on the phone or in person. I sat waiting as directed by the lovely nurse meanwhile the receptionist behind the glass was literally talking about me for the whole surgery to hear and that wasn't the worse of it the worse thing was "she was totally lying and over reacting about the conversation that took place, going on like she was a victim" I can assure u, if anyone is a victim it was me being forced to be treated in such a bad mannor. I am absolutely astonished with her manipulation and rudness. This Spacific receptionist needs more training and needs stopped before anyone else has the same experince I have. UPDATE they have since removed me from the practice without good reason inhave requested a formal complaint to be opened and asked for a DSAR (data subject access request) I am absolutely mortified and really astonished that the practise manager could do this with zero grounds, I wasn't even contacted to give a statement and I have witness to the event. I will take this complaint all the way to the health board and also to.my lawyer I will not allow this to happen to anyone else. It's about time the people had a voice and when u express ur concerns we are not punished for it.

After nearly two months of constant phone calls, wasted time and patience, I even spoke to a department supervisor, I finally got the truth from MY primary physician's office. I spoke to a department supervisor because I was getting the run around while trying to make two appointments. She was going to get to the bottom of the problem. Wanda was to call me back within an hour. Several hours later my primary physician called to let me know that Riverside Medical Clinic Brockton no longer accepts my insurance. Why could the department supervisor not tell me this after checking my file? Why was I not told this two months ago instead of giving me the runaround every time I tried to make an appointment? VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM...in fact, they have none at all!
