Zac was my contact and sold me a line of credit. When the contracts arrived, much of what he described didn't match the terms. When I asked about the discrepancies, he replied that he was busy, that he sends out multiple credit lines daily, that most of his clients are happy with the product, and that OnDeck is publicly traded under its parent company, Enova. None of that answered my questions. The message was clear: questions aren't welcome.

Quick turnaround from inquiry to funding

Mark set up my funding. When it went for final review, there were some issues that arose and instead of working through the issues as he assured me he would, I was told he was in meetings and it’s been denied. Worst part is I had other offers that I could have gone with, but I turned them down because I was assured this was done. Now it’s too late in the day to go back to any of the other funding companies and my issues are worse than they were before. I regret making the decision to work with this company.
