Great work great service, very timely.

Happy with the product. They treated me with professionalism and respect, explained the options and had a quick turnaround time.

Gretchen and the entire Rivanna Natural Designs team have been providing excellent customer service and beautiful recycled glass awards and plaques to recognize our employees for over 10 years. Their attention to detail, reliability, quick turnaround and responsiveness to our needs (especially when we make errors) makes doing business with Rivanna an absolute pleasure!

The craftsmanship is very high quality and the awards are always on time.

Beautiful product, company is very easy to work with, arrived promptly!

Gretchen Wirth and her colleagues provided outstanding customer service. They quickly responded to our request for a plaque and we received the plaque within two weeks. Their plaques are high quality, well constructed, and beautiful. Definitely recommend them.

Products are high quality and service was exceptional. Rivanna's commitment to sustainability and certification as a B Corp was a critical differentiator when choosing our supplier.

Rivanna provided us with beautiful, sustainable products - and did so on a shortened timeline without a big upcharge. Their designs were modern and fresh - so much better than the standard awards you'll find with most competitors. When you call their customer service line, you speak to REAL people - and in our case they were flexible and friendly with our unique needs.
