Rivanna Natural Designs IncReviews of rivannadesigns.com

Rivanna Designs did a great job on awards for our annual commencement ceremonies! Four separate items with different shipping addresses and customization. They all arrived on time and look great. Customer service was very helpful and the shipping department even reached out to follow up on one of the drop ship addresses they were waiting on.

Excellent company. Have used them for many years. Always reliable. Love the new portal for ordering and processing award copy and payment.

It was a little difficult to navigate initially. pictures are OK, description is OK. It's hard to really gauge the quality from words or photos. I am pleased with the final product.

The team got the items I needed produced in a timely manner and the quality of the products and packaging was 1st class.

Rivanna Natural Designs was quick to contact me after placing my order and were very quick to help me along the process of designing, proofing, and shipping my order. Because I was ready with my artwork and quick to approve the proof, I had my plaque at my door within a week of placing the initial order. The plaque itself was gorgeous and received many compliments. It was a very easy process and hope to use them again.

We have been clients of Rivanna Natural Designs for several years now and they continue to exceed our expectations. Most recently we had to place a rush order for a special circumstance and the team made sure that everything was taken care of ASAP. We are so grateful for Gretchen and the team! They are amazing!!

So helpful, efficient and quick!

Best customer service and fastest delivery ever! Their team is is very professional and caring. They are the only company we will be ordering from now on. Did I mention they are cleared to work with the government, I will be recommending Rivanna to all other departments in our organization. Thank for an amazing experience!
