Hi Emmanuel. I'm sorry that you are having a bad experience right off the bat. I understand that after you cancel, the "cancel subscription" button in the UI did not update, and it looks like your cancellation did not go through. That's a bug on our end that we are working to fix. The cancel button works, but it is not clear to customers. I certainly understand how that's unsettling. As for the payment details, RivalFlow is part of SpyFu, and most of the first users are SpyFu customers. We use a billing system that identifies your SpyFu user information so that we can offer pricing packages and upgrades, but everything else is private to you. I can understand your frustrations. I hope that this explanation helps to alleviate some of your concern. We want to do right by everyone we do business with.
