An Experience That Changed Over Time
Edited to respond to accusations in response by Ritually Rooted. Thank you for your response. I will address each point clearly and factually so that the full context is on record and this matter can be put to rest. 1. The claim that your team spent many hours 1:1 helping me develop my offer is inaccurate. I did not receive 1:1 support in developing my offer ever cause I never created and offer, nor was backend or website setup completed on my behalf. We chose not to use your Go High Level system due to concerns about administrative access to client information. During a business meeting, we personally witnessed the ability to access our client information, which made us extremely uncomfortable. Given our abrupt removal, had our business been fully built within your system, we could have lost our client data, funnels, and operational infrastructure. When operating entirely inside a platform controlled by another company, access can be revoked at any time. That is an important consideration. 2.The allegation that we privately solicited members is untrue. We did not send private recruitment messages. Individuals contacted us directly because they were looking for HTMA reports they had paid for. In those conversations, some asked why we were removed. We answered honestly when asked. Responding to inquiries initiated by individuals seeking their purchased reports is not solicitation. 3. Rooted in Trinity has been in development for years and is completely independent of Ritually Rooted. It contains ZERO of your curriculum or intellectual property. Your content does not align with the depth, clinical structure, and comprehensive practitioner-level education we provide. The lack of complete practitioner education was precisely why we created our Deepening Roots program— to offer structured, thorough, clinically grounded training for those seeking a higher level of practitioner preparation. 4. After spending approximately three hours working through the PMA process, we were informed additional payment was required to finalize it. So yes, there was additional money asked for. We declined further charges and did not receive the completed document. My adjusted review stands. It reflects my experience so others can make informed decisions before investing. I’m grateful to have the full context on record and am glad to put this matter to rest once and for all. Wishing you well moving forward. ----------------------------------------------- When I first joined Ritually Rooted, it was the first time I had ever invested in myself with such a significant amount of money. I felt deeply aligned with the mission and hopeful about the path ahead. At the time, it felt like the right step as I was searching for a way to align my career with my purpose to help others. In the beginning, the community felt welcoming and supportive, and I truly believed I had made a meaningful investment in myself. Over time, however, my experience changed significantly. After payment and approval, there were significant delays in communication. Responses remained inconsistent, and many questions went unanswered. I continued with the program in good faith, hoping it would evolve into what had been presented at enrollment, but over time it became clear that it did not support my professional growth as expected. With reflection, I’ve come to realize that I did not gain the practical, ethical, or sustainable tools I had hoped for to further myself professionally. Promises that were stated at the time of enrollment were not fulfilled, and additional costs were frequently introduced. As a result, I did not feel the original terms, expectations, or level of integrity presented by the program were ultimately honored. To be clear, I did not voluntarily leave this program. I was removed from access to a program I had paid for in May of 2025, without prior discussion or clear explanation. This experience was unexpected and deeply unsettling. I strongly encourage anyone considering this “school” to do deep, independent research before enrolling. Look beyond marketing and testimonials, take time to read a range of reviews — both positive and negative — and verify credentials, educational standards, and business practices for yourself. There is much more I could share about my experience, but within the limits of a public review, I feel it is most important to encourage thoughtful due diligence and informed decision-making. I am sharing this not out of anger, but out of responsibility and integrity. I do not want anyone else to experience the financial loss, confusion, or emotional distress that I experienced.

Hi Kristen- our team has already personally spoken to you but feel it is important to address these allegations that you are making publicly. As a team we spent many hours with you 1:1 helping you develop your offer: working through different niche ideas, helping with your website, even helping you with the backend set up. You are correct- you were removed from the RR community for two reasons. 1. We had multiple members reach out with concern because they were being solicited in private messages to join a different (paid) training / community. That goes against our clear policies about how our community is never to sell or solicit members for any reason. Our community truly does feel like a family and we will hold the integrity of this container above all else. 2. We were notified that a company you were working closely and/or had a role in starting had rebranded one of their courses to the name "Rooted in Trinity" almost identical to our name and offering the same certifications. For your updated review to say you did not feel we gave you practical or sustainable tools, it seems like you gained enough to go out on your own and start something very similar.. this experience deeply saddens us because even if you would have chosen to create a competing offer we would have still been in your corner with support. and lastly your claim that costs were frequently introduced- for our members there is never a required or necessary monthly fee of any type besides that which is required initially. This claim is just simply not true.
