So Many things 1.WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT - I was yelled at and demeaned by 2 different project managers 2.Shipping MODULE IS AWFUL 3.Set up was not good and difficult and I used to build databases so I know what Im doing 4.Expensive for the amount of support and help and difficulty 5.JUST ALOT OF BAD THINGS AND THEN A CONTRACT THEY WONT LET YOU OUT OF EVEN IF YOU ARE DEMEANED AND TALKED DOWN TOO AND ITS OBVIOUS IT DOESNT WORK FOR YOUR BUSINESS

We have contracted with them for Rithum's Channel Advisor platform. Stay away from them. They promise things they have no experience with. They are unable to deliver what they say their system can. They list marketplaces they integrate with and then come back and say they have never integrated with them. We have lost an entire month with them. Will be seeking compensation from them. There are many other options in the market.
