Ordered from rite aid online, gave a P.O. Box address for delivery. They sent FED EX. What shipping department in the world is so stupid that they ship via FED EX to a USPS PO BOX. Too stupid in their shipping department to affix a stamp and mail the darn thing. Use a different online pharmacy. Had it been an important prescription, I'd be dead waiting.

Repeated difficulties month after month filling an Aimovig prescription with a manufacturer’s coupon. Instead of finding out how to process the coupon, they kept sending me away and telling me the coupon couldn’t be applied. One month customer service for the coupon called for me and told them how to process it. The very next month, they again told me the coupon couldn’t be applied. I spent 30 minutes in the store asking Yunah the pharmacist to please just call the number on the coupon to find out how to process it. I was treated so rudely by Yunah and Thea the cashier, I never picked up the prescription. Instead I had it transferred to a local, independent pharmacy. I couldn’t be happier. They fill the prescription each month without a problem. They get paid $500 and I receive my medication. Not only do I not use the pharmacy, I won’t purchase anything in the store anymore either.

The Rite Aid website was great until about 3 months ago. Then they changed something and I constantly get "access denied" messages. Unless they quickly make improvements, I won't be surprised if Rite Aid completely goes out of business.

Customer beware of sloppy service

Customer service online is terrible. I asked a simple question about my online order and never received a response. Rite Aid needs to do something about responding to customers by their customer service!!!

I have used the Rite Aid in our township for many years, but lately the have a staff that seems pre occupied with things other than customers, several times I have had them repeatedly ask for name and birthday, because they aren’t paying attention, talking among themselves, this is after waiting in line for several minutes and many more behind me. The last straw was a script a doctor sent over in the afternoon wanted me to start it that evening, and they didn’t fill it until the next morning. So I am done with them. Got that scrip filled at local grocery store pharmacy and way better staff and much better attitudes, you put your information in on a touch pad and don’t have a person asking you three times!

Horrible service and very rude staff. They have no problem fighting with customers, do not keep meds in stock, and they're wait times are in weeks not hours or minutes. I found a smaller pharmacy that is much better and I am so happy I do not have to deal with they're unprofessional business tactics. I have kids with adhd, and when I tried filling they're prescriptions I was treated like a drug addict and told that they're well being is not they're problem. Horrible pharmacy.

If I could put a negative star, I would. I have had more problems there since the two male pharmacist left a year or two ago. I can never get a complete prescription even though I get a call saying it’s ready. I have to make two trips to get it as well as any prescription that is called in, I get a text saying it’s out of stock. I’d also like to add these are the same prescriptions I’ve taken for nearly 20 years and I always got them filled at that location. It wasn’t always Rite Aid and I never had a problem until the last couple years when they changed pharmacist down there. When Dave and the other male pharmacist we’re down there I could always count on getting my prescriptions filled completely and correctly the day I got the text, not partially filled. I’ve had it!!! I just switched all my prescriptions to CVS today. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!
