Rishi is a global, organic and Direct Trade company known for high-quality teas, botanicals and award-winning in-house blends. Since 1997, our founder Joshua Kaiser has built and fostered relationships with farmers in far-away places: some tending ancient tea trees in lush, biodiverse forests; others cultivating organic fields with rich, living soils; and still others overseeing fragrant groves nurtured by coastal terroir. The intent was to responsibly harvest dynamically rich plants and ingredients, as well as capture ancient herbal wisdom, infuse it with modern culinary sensibilities and share it with the western world in hopes to ensure rich tea traditions flourish for generations to come. Today, Rishi continues that quest as selector, importer and maker of over 200 artisanal teas that feature only the finest ingredients from around the globe. Top Notch Customer Service
The customer service is prompt and helpful. I ordered Jasmine Pearls as my special tea and organic Jasmine as my everyday. I’ve been drinking their teas for over five years. Excellent quality.

What a great company
What a great company. In the U.S. it is not always easy to get good tea from great trusted growers but Rishi delivers just that. I have also been using the Simple Brew Teapot almost daily for 6 months and was disappointed when the handle started to break. Rishi followed through again with amazing customer service and a discount to receive a new teapot. It is rare today for a company to fully stand behind their products and truly care about customer satisfaction instead of only the bottom line. Thanks, Rishi, I will be a customer for life.

Consistently high quality
For the past several years I’ve ordered most of my tea and teaware from Rishi. There are many online retailers for tea and tea-related supplies, and I’ve found a few other good sources but also several that were disappointing. I return to Rishi because I trust their curation process to steer me to quality teas and related items. I’ve told several others about Rishi and they also have had good experiences.

I was never a tea drinker
I was never a tea drinker, in fact I was a 30 year coffee drinking firefighter. After ordering Rishi Tea for my wife I thought I would try a cup in the afternoon with her. I was absolutely blown away to how much I enjoy the Rishi tea and its multiple flavor options. I never thought it possible but they have converted me into a tea drinker, and I love it. Congratulations on producing a great product!

Amazing Customer Service
I had a shipment of my favourite RISHI tea—Valerian Dream—get messed up in the shipping. RISHI responded beautifully and thoughtfully, getting my order to me without any further hassle. They are the best. One of the nicest customer service experiences in a long while!!
