Rise start off ok ring you like mad when you apply for a job some times leave voicemails and other times they don't not happy with the service at all not going to name the person but felt like he did nothing I had a interview didn't hear anything sent 3 emails and on the 3rd I got told not had any feedback and apologies for not answering my 2 emails and said they finished interviews and that I will hear something by the end of the week pretty much 2 weeks have gone by heard nothing email the person I was dealing with never answered this is not the first time I been ignored by others in rise very unprofessional and it's me that is loosing out on jobs because they are not doing there job properly do not care I read on other bad feedback and they answered someone saying email to a certain email address which I did surprise surprise no reply like I say is not the first time I have been ignored and let down think the manager needs to do retraining there employees to prove a better service

I had a very disappointing experience with Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. I was dealing with a recruiter named Harry, who initially seemed keen and professional but that impression didn't last. On the first day, Harry called me several times to check whether I was interested in the role so he could pass my CV along. I confirmed my interest, and after that... absolutely nothing. No update, no feedback, no communication whatsoever until I chased him myself. After hearing nothing back, I sent him a message asking for an update on where things stood, explaining that I had interest from another company and needed to make an informed decision. His reply was a vague apology claiming the hiring manager had been out of the office, promising feedback "within the next couple of days" and that he would "give me a ring." Needless to say, that call never came, and I was left completely in the dark, yet again. I had to make a career decision with zero information from his side. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. If you're going to push hard for someone's CV, the least you can do is keep them informed or show some basic courtesy. Using a candidate's time and interest to fill your pipeline and then ghosting them is unacceptable. I would not recommend Rise Technical Recruitment to anyone looking for a recruiter who actually values candidates and communicates properly. Avoid.

It’s a known fact that 80% of recruiters do not care about their candidates, but Rise Technical and Sam Oxley are at the absolute bottom of the barrel. The sheer incompetence and lack of respect for candidates here is staggering. ​Last Friday, I had an in-depth, 20-minute conversation with Sam about a Site Manager role in Bromley. He explicitly promised to call me on Monday to arrange a Teams interview with the client. I cleared my schedule. Monday arrived, and I was completely ghosted. Total silence. ​on Monday, instead of an apology or the promised interview setup, I received a lazy, copy-pasted automated email from Sam saying: "I've just come across your CV online as it has been word matched to a role... wanted to have a quick conversation." ​He completely forgot we had just spoken for 20 minutes a few days prior! To give him the benefit of the doubt, I replied to that ridiculous email yesterday, asking for clarification on the interview he had promised me. His response? Absolutely nothing. I was ghosted yet again. ​He didn't take a single note from our call, failed to set up the interview, spammed me with automated emails, and then ignored my direct reply. To Rise Technical, you are not a professional; you are literally just a "word match" in a system they don't even know how to manage. Ghosting candidates twice in one week is completely unacceptable. If they can't remember a 20-minute conversation 72 hours later, they cannot be trusted with your career. A complete and utter joke.

Conor Harrison stopped all communications and advocating for me as soon as things went awry with my opportunity. Inconsistent communication and very unreliable. Had said he would help me negotiate a better exit with the company - and slipped on that too. I am very disappointed with my services. I was under the impression Rise recruiting would support me through this process, but I was left with nothing.

Unfortunately I’ve had a poor experience with Rise Recruitment. I have tried to get in touch with Harry Heal multiple times over the last 3 weeks regarding feedback for an interview he arranged for me in December. I have heard nothing and I have left both emails and voicemails. It’s very disappointing and makes searching for a job much more stressful. I will be avoiding Rise where possible now and trying to contact companies directly. I phoned the landline and pressed 2 (as a company looking for a candidate) and the phone was picked up straight away! I would not recommend which is a shame as there are some great jobs advertised.

Was contacted about a role which was good match for my skill set and the type of role I was searching for. However very disappointing to be told I cannot progress as I declined to discuss my current salary. I had already agreed the offered package was suitable. Surely placement in roles should be focused on suitability not what I currently earn?

Applied for a job that was advertised by Lewis Jones, and didn't hear anything from him for a couple of weeks. No problem I thought, I'll try chasing it up. I did exactly that, chased him via email, Linkedin and phone calls but this wasn't enough to prompt a response from him. This happened in August. Fast forward 2 or so months later, another job advertised by Lewis. Applied because I felt I was a good fit and i received an automated reply saying I was shortlisted and he'd be in touch within the week. It's been 3 weeks +, and still no contact from him. I've emailed him a couple of times again, but he's still not replied. Hopefully the other recruiters aren't this ignorant and are somewhat competent at their jobs.

You submitted my CV and then the person dealing with myself went on holiday and no one did anything. If Pioneer selection hadn't submitted my CV as well, I wouldn't have got an interview and ultimately got the job. I'm disgusted that when he eventually came back from holiday, he tried to claim me as some sort of property and tried to say that it was down to him, even though it had been Pioneer selection guiding me and aiding me in the interview process. I would not recommend rise technical to anyone as you are treat as property not an individual.
