Darren M.
Very Disappointing Harry.
Applied for a role at Rise technical. Had an email the following day from Harry Heal who falsely claimed 'I called today to discuss your current situation' I called Harry Heal TWICE no answer. Left message on both occasions. I followed this up with an email, again no reply. After still no reply i sent Harry the following email; 'Despite leaving two voicemails and replying to your original email, I have not received a response to any of my communications. This is particularly concerning as your initial email stated that you had called me, which was not the case. 'I find this lack of communication and the misrepresentation regarding the call to be highly unprofessional. The job search process is already stressful, and situations like this only add to the burden. I intend to file a formal complaint regarding the issues I have outlined.' Finally Harry decided to do some work and reply; 'Hi Darren Thanks for the email and I am sorry to be challenging to reach, this is not the intention, You are still shortlisted, I will endeavour to return the call this week coming. Guess what still didn't call. Unprofessional to say the least. I needed to speak to Harry as the job description was confusing to say the least; Field 'Service Engineer (Coffee / ATM /Photocopier)' UPDATE 19/09/25 Neither Harry or Brad have contacted since my poor review. I have since filed a complaint to Tom Whittock, who, guess what never responded. I have never known such an unprofessional company as Rise Technical. Company director Jeff Leng emailed.

Hi Darren, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This experience clearly fell short of our usual standards, and we sincerely apologise for the miscommunication and lack of follow-through. I've talked with Harry and he has informed me that he will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the details further. Please get in touch with me personally if anything hasn't changed in the following days: [email protected] Kind Regards, Brad Morgan
