I had never heard of Risenty Store until I stumbled across the Melgeek Centauri80 Rei Edition on the shop app. I did some research & all the reviews were extremely positive so I made the purchase that night. So glad I did ! Their customer service is top notch with constant updates about shipping & it wasn't long after my purchase before my parcel was on the way to me. It arrived well before their estimated date & was really well packed. Presentation is important to me and they nailed it 💯 The quality of the product I bought was next level, a real collectors piece. Definitely one of the best unboxing experiences I've ever had by far... I've bought from many different brands of gaming peripherals but Risenty Store really stands out & leaves you with a warm happy feeling after a purchase that is hard to find these days. Pricing is very competitive & well within what you'd expect to pay. The item I bought could easily be a few hundred dollars more from another well-known company... I feel the price point is spot on, definitely no complaints about that. To sum it up: excellent customer service, fast & prompt lead time & delivery, packaging & presentation is exceptional, top tier quality products that exceed your expectations & value for the money is more than worth it. I have purchased from them again recently & will do in the future. Highly recommended from me, 10/10
