Riot Games are thieves and they don't help you at all. Being locked out of my e-mail and having provided a transaction ID from a year ago + being logged in into the account to submit a ticket, and they are still not able to help. Don't waste your time with these guys.

jeux incroyables mais mal finis, un arriere gout de jeux envoyés comme ca alors qu'il reste des mois de dévoloppement a finir. lol - il faut recoder le jeu tft - tout le temps perdu rien n'est indiqué tant que tu a pas selectioné un champ runeterra - je l'ai pas fais volorant - vanguard qui tacle ton pc a longueur de temps etc

if you want to feel deep deep depresion go play some of thoese bad games Riot are making, they cant even make a good algorithem for matching players together, so if you are happy in life and want to try the other side, just select a game from them and feel the pain in the brain.

Good games from Riot. Reporting is useless lately, they only have volunteers running the support forums, who just auto reply without doing anything to fix the situation, then mark this down as problem solved? Glitches occur often, and rewards are not always give, these are usually free thou, so nothing major lost. Would be nice if they fixed the bugs/glitches in game.
