Rimoka is a scam, i didn’t get my order at all. After 10days I demanded my money back, they hadn’t even sent my payment order. It has now been 14days - they have cancelled my order. I did get my money back, eventually They are not even nice to talk to. Such a shame, I really did want my order. Freud all the way.

There’s always room for improvement. I’ve noticed some communication hiccups and slower responses, but yesterday they reached out and made things right, so I’m hopeful. Every company has room to grow, and they’re no exception. The nails were pretty, and I didn’t have any complaints about the origin (I didn’t mind if they came from China or were dropshipped, as long as it was clearly stated). I just changed my mind and didn’t like how some of them looked (but that’s just a personal preference, and they looked the same as they did online). What really bothered me was the slow responses and the need to send multiple emails to get a quick answer. However, they apologized and mentioned that they’ve been busier than usual lately. I’m hoping they’ll improve in the future (since I’m sure they’re a small team). I suggest making the return process easier, like a simple return tab where the label is automatically generated and you can review the return or replacement process. That would make a big difference. Maybe I’ll try to buy from them again sometime. You’ll get your items, so if that’s your concern, it’s not a scam website. We only had communication issues, and I hope to change my mind and give them a better rating someday. They waived the return fee, which was really nice of them, and they refunded me quickly, which made me more trusting of them.
