Slow response but a good resolution. Edited Review.
Edit: I have updated this from 1 Star to 4 Stars as customer support has finally responded and will be sending me a 'like new' replacement. I feel this is a very fair resolution. I don't need a NEW mirror, only one that is safe to use as I almost shipped my mirror home but realized that battery is bloated. Can you imagine if this started a fire in transit? Thank you Aira Tricia Rocaberte, my customer support representative. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail. Original Post: I don't know what happened to this company. Their mirrors are super expensive and the battery on mine is bloated and now is unusable. I've reached out twice online to support and no one ever responds. I suggest ordering from Ilios mirrors which are far superior anyway. Rikki is not worth ordering from, so don't waste your money.
