I ordered a jersey on 19th of November and still haven't received it 9 weeks later. I've tried to contact customer service and haven't been able to. This is a SCAM please don't order from here.

I wouldn’t EVER recommend rigibit, this is why… I ordered a youth size Small for my grandson who is 9 on 12-6-24. I did not receive my order until 1-6-25. It says it is a men’s size small, but it looks like a men’s size medium or large! Plus, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to even get the shirt when I did! Because I got the shirt finally after I disputed the charge! Don’t do business with them! You will get scammed!

If I could give them zero Stars I would. FYI full warning do not order from this company. It shows they are a USA company but that's a lie they are not. It comes from overseas it took over a month to receive my merchandise. Going back and forth asking them to cancel because I wanted this as a Christmas gift and ordered and plenty of time for it to be a gift it arrived way after Christmas. Ordered on 11/26 did not receive until January 5th. I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson that is not what I received it was not even close to being a sweatshirt it was a very thin long sleeve shirt. There have been multiple complaints on Reddit as you can see for yourself.

I ordered a Jersey for my nephew on November 26, 2024. I thought I wasn’t going to receive it because of the reviews I was reading. I did receive it on January 3, 2025. You will receive your items it just takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Total scam. Never received product and it says usps is awaiting parcel in the same city for the past month. Ordered late November and tried to contact them and no response or way to call. Very disappointed son at Christmas when we never received the Jersey we bought. I hope stealing was worth it.

I am extremely disappointed that I paid for something that I never received. If I could, I wouldn't have even gave this one star. There is no phone number to talk to somebody. Whenever someone emailed me back, it was to say that they were updating the UPS delivery number and update where it was at. Amazing how something was arriving somewhere two days before the actual calendar date as well as it amazingly kept arriving at the same place over and over again. I'm ashamed to say that I got duped!

A review of "Rigabit" led me to believe I had ordered an item on a scam website. It appeared, through tracking, that my purchase wasn't going to leave New Jersey. After contacting PayPal, my method of payment, they were able to contact the seller. I was unable to contact "Rigabit" from an e-mail address attached to the confirmation of my order. Turned out that my item arrived a few days after contacting PayPal. I appreciate Paypal's efforts to resolve my problem, but it was a coincidence that while they were investigating the item ordered was delivered.
