this is probably a first review I leave for a company like this. i got their mixpro vape at the shop and I asked for a replacement or refund because the button on the device was a bit stiff and i thought it did not work. the shop did not replace the vape but I reached out directly to the company and they actually sent me a new device. this was unexpected, and really nice of them.

I love being able to adjust the Nicotine levels, as well as sweetness, ice and or sour depending on the flavor. I Can't stop puffing on my White Gummy. By far the cleanest puff out there, smooth and doesn't burn my throat. I'm dedicated to this brand, and sick and tired of knockoffs trying to copy the Rifbar MIXPRO elegance. I prefer quality over quantity. If it's going into my lungs, I want the cleanest, least detrimental vaping liquids to puff on. Can't wait for additional flavors or models!

I typically don't do this however as a sales customer service professional for 30 years, I recently had a bad experience with a local vendor in Tempe,AZ and the didn't care. But I thought it would be appropriate as a veteran and a customer service person to reach out to the product manufacturer (Rifbar) after a few emails and specific things the manufacturer Rifbar and rep Spencer when 1000% above the the call of duty and and if you ever consider trying a new vape product. Rifbar hands down.

Garbage. 60K puffs lasts 2 days on lowest power/nic (other vapes last 1-2 weeks at 60K) - review based on 4 units, not a single unit - all don't last more than 3 days. Complete scam. maybe 5K puffs tops.

Maybe I just got the worst flavor? I bought this because they were out of my usual LM. But I had to find something else and I am new to vaping but this flavor Cherry Strazz. It's kinda like flipping open a nice cold coke to find out it's diet? It tastes like the flavor is fake. Maybe I'm just used to something way different but I thought they would all taste similar. The very first one I tried was a florq or something called similar. But im stuck with this one and I even payed more for it. I keep calling to see if they have my LM in yet.

40k hits? LOL. I had to try this brand because the store was out of my regular. Imagine my surprise to see the liquid level drop 20% per day, meaning this has a 5-day life (on the lowest/weakest settings!), where my normal one lasts 15+ days and costs the same. The battery also needs recharged more frequently than others. Unless I got a bad one, this looks like a cheap vape with wildly inaccurate packaging claims.

It's smooth and delicious cool design nice grip, awesome colors. If only all ppl and companies put that much though into their products or services it would be a different word:)

Rifbar was my very first vape i had purchased. I have no intentions of even trying a different brand. So many flavors to choose from and they are all good! Latley ive been using the Alaskan mint and it is perfect. Tastes just like mint. I even won a pair of airpods from the contest they are doing. I always recommend rifbar to anyone that asks!
