Ridgewood BankReviews of ridgewoodbank.com

Marina at Ridgewood Bank in Forest Hills, NY is an excellent customer service representative. She is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. She consistently provides great service for complex banking services and I'm grateful to work with her and the team at Ridgewood Savings Bank in Forest Hills, NY. Sincerely, Dana T.

I recently withdrew some money to invest in a high yield short term CD and Jeanette Mulholland, manager of the Ridgewood Breezy Point Branch questioned me very nicely to ensure I was not a victim of fraud. Not only that but my daughter who has power of attorney on my account was telephoned to verify that the premise was legit. I can't tell you how happy and safe it made us feel that this bank is looking out for us... Like family!

Employees are always patient and friendly All know your name and you always get a Thank you for your business. I bank at the Astoria branch and I would never think of switching banks.

Ridgewood Bank on Mclean and Avenue Yonkers. it was a great bank until they change the manager the new manager, Alex sucks. I wish they move in a fire very hostile environment to go there or even work in the bank nasty rude, I have been Ridgewood, over 20 years but this manager name Alex is the worst useless I just wish they get rid of him and I’m not the only one I own a business across the street and all the customer said the same thing and they are moving on to know the banks. This man he must go.

I recently had a stroke and needed assistance setting up a checking and savings account. The representatives Fiona and Shantie helped me through the process with patience and kindness repeating whatever I did not understand. I would recommend this bank to family or friends without reservation.

Early last week I opened two new customer accounts at the Baldwin Branch. When I returned two days later to deposit additional funds in the two accounts, I was referred to Branch Manager Lyndell Senior. Mr. Senior, with great patience and professionalism, spent a considerable amount of time with me and was able to overcome a number of hurdles to make my experience a good one. With the assistance provided by Customer Service Representatives Lesley Maldonado and Lalita Sukhu-Pooran, I left the bank knowing by decision to choose the Ridgewood Savings Bank as the financial institution for my banking needs was the right one.

The rep in the New Rochelle branch (Sevime Kreka Islami) was especially patient and helpful when I was trying to reconcile some differences in statements from two different accounts. It turned out that I had missed some instruction boxes online and the matter was easily resolved by a knowledgeable person.

Katherine Chan at the Grand Avenue Maspeth NY branch was excellent and extremely helpful today.
