Since my previous post, Ridge Flame has reached out to me and once more has proven why I rated them above satisfactory. My previous issues pertained to the lack of communication and professionalism with the carrier (3rd party delivery service). Ridge Flame has assured me the concerns will be addressed with the third party carrier and offered to compensate me for my loss. Again, my previous comments were solely based on the third party carrier and no reflection on Ridge Flame. Ridge Flame has rectified my concerns.

Awesome customer service that help me with my order. Gabriel from ridge flame helped me out when I had a minor problem and corrected it right away. Would recommend ridge flame to anyone that needs to purchase a fireplace. Thanks again Paul

Online ordering was quite easy and there was a good promo discount. I had the unit shipped to my contractor in another state. The glass and screen were damaged. I notified the company and they quickly ordered replacement parts. Those arrived non damaged. Can't wait to have it installed.
