Like most, bought the sample kit. Liked the original scent so I bought the whole set of the original. (Body oil, lotion, roll on) lo and behold product smells way different and not in a good way. Of course they don’t offer exchanges or refunds. The lotion smells like kids Plato. The roll on is so faint I can t smell anything. I’m convinced they purposely make the sample kit potent af to make consumers like and buy the big bottles,yet water down the big bottles, then say we can’t do refunds or exchanges. Horrible products, and horrible company.

I think they put the good product in the sample kit. From the sample kit I bought Sphinx and the Original. The Sphinx smelled like I was sitting around a campfire and the Oringonal is weak with almost no scent at all. I bought both with the oil and lotion and spent $400 for this crap. They need to be shut down for scamming people. Of course they have a no return policy. I wonder why?!?!

I wish I would have read the reviews before dropping close to $200 on this crap product! Bought the sample pack and liked the original scent eventhough it was weak. Figured I'd step up the scent a notch and order the OG Plus, which is supposed to be much more concentrated....what a joke! I think it is weaker than it's baby sister, if that's possible! Also bought the Original body oil to layer. Again, waste of money! As others mentioned, the return policy is that you CAN'T RETURN ANYTHING!!!!! Says it right in the policy, no sh**! It's going to kill me to do so, but I'm going to drop both right into the trash can. Riddle should be ashamed themselves for stealing money from people!

Ordered the OG plus roll on expecting a potent scent, and I know it’s a pheromone scent but it is not potent at all and you can barely smell it

I’m so sad because I have love the original riddle oil for a few years now. I purchased a large roll on and it lasted for a long time. November 2025 I purchased again and it smelled bad. Really bad, like dull and spoiled. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement. The replacement oil I received has the original scent in it but it smells watered down. I can’t barely smell anything. I keep emailing them asking if they changed the ingredients and they won’t reply anymore. They lost a customer and I’m so sad my favorite scent is no longer available. I’m so upset and the fact that they are ignoring me now makes me feel like they really are watering them down. This oil definitely isn’t cheap, it’s $104 for the large roll on.

The body oil has a very, very faint scent that does not last and the roll-on oil dissipates within a couple of months. It smells like nothing now.

I received a bottle of Riddle in a Beauty box a couple years ago and never forgot the smell. I loved it! This year I decided to splurge and get myself this very expensive, very small bottle of body oil. Immediately, after making the purchase, I started seeing ads for Riddle on social media. When I checked the comments, they were flooded with people saying that Riddle change the formula and that the new body oil has no smell. Well, my body oil arrived today I’m genuinely shocked that a company has the audacity to do this to their customers. It smells like mineral oil and disappointment. Compared side-by-side to actual riddle roll on, it’s laughably absence of fragrance. This product has no smell. This is not about being nose blind- there is little to no fragrance. Which is the whole point. For this price, they should be delivering customers not only a luxurious blend of skin loving oils, but also a fragrance that knocks them out of the park. I think they’ve just become so greedy that they want people to buy all of their products in order to get any kind of smell going. Anyways, Riddle, thank you for ruining my birthday present to myself. I see why you don’t do refunds.

I placed an order for riddle oil and milky spray. All the reviews are correct stating there is NO smell with the original scent. Now you will see that there is a NEW original scent that they are marketing with a boost in scent! HMMM??🤔 is that because they received soo many complaints that customers were not smelling the original?? I then ordered the EX body oil and roll on oil. This order was placed on February 14th 2026. It sat in Newark NJ for 2+ weeks and now it’s been in Columbus Ohio for 2 days! As of today (3/3/26) I still have not received my order! I emailed customer service and of course it’s out of their hands!! I will never order again unless they have several ways to choose shipping! By the way… I live in New York! Why did the package leave Newark NJ to Columbus Ohio???
