Association Academy by RicochetReviews of ricochetadvice.com

Association Academy by Ricochet always produces great certification courses for both free and paid versions. Weekly courses provide actual samples, use cases, and live attendee feedback. Each course has a presentation, chat/transcript, and resources to download. Minimum, if any, product sales during courses. Chris is a great host and is very knowledgeable and relatable. Laura is a behind-the-scenes wizard to keep everything going smoothly.

As my first Association Academy course, this was a great introduction not only to the material and the beginning of my CAE credits journey, but also to the Association Academy. Chris was both an informative and fun instructor and I look forward to taking additional courses through the academy.

This is the third Association Academy course I have taken to earn my CAE continuing education credits. Chris is an excellent instructor, knows the marketplace well, and is always willing to share his expertise with the class - all while maintaining a sense of humor. I also want to thank Laura for keeping the webinar classes on point, managing all of the behind-the-scenes work. I am so glad that I discovered them.

I have completed two courses by Association Academy in the last six months. Chris, Laura and the team rock! Chris is a highly engaging presenter and both courses were very interactive. I've learned so much and feel more confident in my skills - thank you, Association Academy!

Chris is a great, very engaging, and down-to-earth instructor who will definitely keep you interested in the subject. His review of current trends and headlines and real-world examples is very effective.

Chris's enthusiasm for the content made this class especially enjoyable! With digital comms and audience preferences changing regularly, reviewing current best practices for landing pages and emails was incredibly valuable. Overall, really great content!

I learned so much valuable information and best practices to incorporate into my association chapter's website, eblasts, newsletter, etc. I learned so much from Chris, Laura, and all the attendees of the masterclass that all give so much good feedback. It's all so positive and educational. I recommend these courses for anyone who's in a creative association position. 100%

Another great course from Ricochet. I came away with a lot of practical tips and techniques, as well as new ideas and ways to think about the every day work I deal with as an association professional. I appreciated the use of AI in this course - it was a practical tool that generated interesting results.
