Association Academy by RicochetReviews of ricochetadvice.com

I recommend this 10-week course to all association membership professionals regardless of their tenure. Chris is such an engaging, entertaining speaker. The course included basic information but he also provided useful nuggets based upon his years of experience that were new to me and thought provoking. I appreciate that the course materials, recordings, and chat transcripts were made available immediately following each class. Also, the class chat was dynamic and provided many ideas that I'll be implementing.

Fun and engaging. The time flew by. The recaps and ability to replay the sessions were extremely helpful in getting the material to sink in.

I highly recommend the Association Academy's Association Membership Growth Course. The instructor was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and provides "extras" like a LinkedIn Group. I took away at least one thing from each class that I could implement in my daily work. The course gave me some new information, some review and a way to help me look at my association's issues more creatively. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris is a great facilitator and the information was very helpful. I recommend this course to anyone looking to expand their association knowledge particularly around membership practices and experience.

Great Content and useful course overall. Chris was an excellent presenter. Thanks to Laura as well for her work and coordination behind the scenes. Looking forward to more classes in the future.

I enjoyed the information, class structure, delivery of the information by Chris. Great class!

Chris was a great instructor and made the class not only fun, but super informative across a long 10-weeks. I walked away with so many key takeaways that will be implemented at my Association. Thank you for everything!

Very comprehensive.
