We recently bought an outdoor bistro table and chairs from Rich’s for the home. This set is the perfect addition to our patio. The employees were so helpful to us in finding the perfect set to fit our space and style.

Really nice and cozy store, I have bought a few things from them and loved how they looked on my patio!

We had a great experience with Aaron at Rich's in Tigard. He stepped us through options and helped us make choices for our patio furniture (Polywood) and fire pit table (OW Lee). He knows his stuff well and made it easy. It's worth asking for him.

Quality goods and variety. They also offer service/maintenance on item. As goods are on luxury end, the price point is higher. However, they stand by their goods. Had a wood patio chair start to crack after one year and they replaced free of charge. Used their gas fireplace cleaning service and they not only cleaned the fireplace, but touched up paint and offered tips. Have purchased patio furniture & covers, plus gas fireplace cleaning service from them. They never dissappoint. Highly recommended.
