Due to go to 2025 festival at Uttoxeter Racecourse. After queuing in gridlock in Uttoxeter for around 2 hours we gave in. There was poor management of traffic and parking, and poor comms on the matter. There were also no pre-bookable disabled parking. Turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Very disappointing communication and customer service from this company. Booked for the monster trucks on Sun 5 May. The event was cancelled due to the weather. They did not inform anyone in advance, so we only found out when we arrived. And they have point blank refused to give out any refunds. We have taken it up with TicketSource and are now following up with the bank.
