If I could give them no stars I would, it has been 6 weeks and still not got my order I have messaged on socials no answer but I see them posting and I have sent emails no answer, I am certain my order hasn’t even been shipped at this point, I alway like to support small black owned businesses but stay clear of these scammers it just looks like if your not in the usa they will take your money and refuse to respond when you want an update, just a poor service don’t start a business if you don’t know how to run it. My patience with them has now gone they are thefts and don’t deserve your money or any recognition

Not all small business deserve a chance... I ordered my first package in December and only until I replied to their email stating that the shipping label was created that they shipped the product which took over a month before I realize that They never shipped the package ... Tried them again in February 2021- my stuff came with a note stating that the vitamin c serum will be shipped separately... tried reaching out to them via email- they responded confirming that the package was delivered although I showed them a photo of the packaging slip.. no refund , no apology no néw tracking number and it’s going over into April ... Buyer beware - something is not right with this company ... this is why at times I prefer to spend my money at an established company rather than give a small business the opportunity to ROB ME

I only gave them 1 star because it was the only way I can write my comment. I purchased my first order back in Jan didn’t receive it until the end of February I put my items for auto renewal every month the auto renewal was set for February 27,2021 here it is March 22,2021 yet still no product no email about my items I have emailed customer support servals times even went as far as DMing them on Instagram no response. I also purchased some other items that came in but was missing an item didn’t get a refund about that or an email. It sucks that they lack in communication in customer service because the product is really good but the customer service is wack. I feel like it’s a rip off you take my money automatically every month for this renewal and it’s been damn near a month and I haven’t received anything in the mail or through email. I will be taking further action. It’s a shame that you can’t even support your own black ppl because of things like this.

I hear businesses getting better but Rich and Clear seem to be getting worse. They don't care about their customer. Order since Nov 2020. I am yet to receive my products or get a refund. They have a Very Bad customer service and they don't reply messages. I wish I read reviews before buying from them. Do business with them at your own risk.

On February 2, I placed an order at the website with the order number # 44625 of which I transferred € 64.91 to them by myself. this is correct, but on February 16, € 64.50 euros was withdrawn from my bank account by you without my having ordered. On February 16, I did not order anything. I send them mutliply emails with this story but they don’t answer it. I still didn’t received the order that I placed on February 2 and today it is March 5. If you ask me. Never buy a product of this company again.

I will never purchase anything from this company again. Number always busy. I ordered and it it’s saying my item is waiting to be picked up by the postal service so I wrote them and asked them to cancel my order they wouldn’t do it. I don’t see how they continue to be in business. This company is a complete rip off

Other reviews are sadly true. I paid for over $110 of products, shipping took a long time and my products weren't shipped until I REMINDED the company about my order, which was then conveniently sent after my message. I then got a letter in the post from parcel force to say that the company didn't pay their own customs charges for the delivery, so I had to pay another £32.60 in charges just to receive my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Never buying from here ever again. Support another black business.

Other reviews are sadly correct. I've placed my order on 6/20 and it was "shipped" on 6/21. Well, today is 8/9/2020. I've reached out to ask what's going on a few times but all they will tell you is to give them another two business days for the tracking to update with a useless apology and a discount code. I gave them a chance and waited. Nothing happened. The tracking is still stuck at Pre-shipment sitting at their office. So I firmly ask for a refund. Well, they once again ask me to wait another two business days! This time blaming USPS for their delay while other retail businesses are doing just fine shipping out their items on time during this pandemic. So I waited another two business days because this time it gotta work. NOPE! By this time, it's been OVER a couple months since they took my money. I ask them to issue my refund immediately and now no response. What a shame. I chose to give this company a try in the effort to support BLM movement and to help out. They clearly proved me that they not the ones for it. Shady part is, if you go to their insta and leave a comment amongst other customers who haven't got their product, ALL of those comments will be deleted by them immediately without reaching out via DM or nothing. SO SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL. All while they are pushing out more and more discount and promotions to get more victims in their way. smh
