If only u could give this no stars to demonstrate the frustration felt dealing with this company. I have had nothing but issues with this org. I originally placed my order back in June 2021 and they failed to dispatch my order. They then said they tried to issue a refund, but it could not be processed and issued a credit note instead. In order for me not to loose the money I spent, I placed a new order in October 2021 and here we are, the end of February 2022 and still nothing. They provided a dispatch email and tracking number and nothing shows under this tracking number. Diabolical services and I regret ever purchasing anything from this company.

Shipping and Customer Service Poor Order some products on January 7, 2022 and its 3 weeks later haven't received any products. Please not purchase any goods from this company they lack customer service ethics.

Scam scam scam. I placed an order back in sept and never received my order. I’ve been reaching out to them in which they don’t give any refunds. So basically they took my money. Now they’re blaming the delay on omicron SMH. 1 star was given because i had to in order to leave a review.

I was mislead by the testimonials on Instagram and failed to look at google reviews or bbb reviews which I usually do their products do not work at all I used it consistently to the last drop the black so minimized breakouts but you can get raw black soap from anywhere do your research and save your money this is not it it’s giving scam

I made a order December 7th and i have reached out to them in every way possible but there is no response. I guess its a scam and i am shocked to see the amount of people having the same issue. There has been zero updates on my order, terrible customer service.

I never write reviews but here I go sadly. Rich and clear is such a SCAM. I never received my package I emailed 5 times how they never sent me my package. And every time they write me back it’s a I’m sorry and 25% off the next time I buy. DONT BUY FROM THEM

My overall experience was horrible it’s been over three month since I ordered my products and never received my items. I messaged the help center countless number of times and they continuously gave me the run around and excuses and still never received anything, and they deny me a refund although they stole my money. I don’t recommend ordering from this company!!!!

I never received my order, they take way too long to ship. I ordered my package on September 3rd and I still haven’t got anything yet, my package is still in the same place and has not moved at all. They deleted and restricted bad comments on their social medias. And this company is not BBB Accredited, once I’ve tried to file a complaint about them.
