What kind of company sends a resident to the attorneys for eviction over a $12.00 late fee balance costing them hundreds in legal fees when they are out of town dealing with a medical emergency and the office staff is well aware of this? Town and Country Estates in Tucson Arizona with rhp properties does that’s who!. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE known any company that would do such a thing to one of their residents,it’s down right sick and wrong on every level. ITS OUTRAGEOUS !.
