I don't usually write reviews, but Rhino Bitcoin honestly surprised me. I figured the daily game was just another gimmick, but I kept playing, earned free sats, and when I finally decided to withdraw, it actually went through without any issues. That was the moment I knew it was the real deal. The app is simple to use, everything feels smooth, and it's nice knowing the sats you earn from the daily game can actually be withdrawn. I've tried a lot of crypto apps, and this is one of the few that's lived up to what it promises in my experience. If you're into Bitcoin or just want a fun way to stack some free sats, I'd definitely recommend giving Rhino Bitcoin a shot. It's easily become my favorite crypto app right now

If I could give no stars I would. This is an absolute waste of your time hands down. Completely legal drivers license and proof of address AS WELL as the requested SSN yet for some odd reason my KYC was denied and "We don't have a reason" was basically the response I got. This site was heavily spoken of in a large online community I am a part of leadership for and yeah let's just say it wont be anymore. EDIT: If that's the case, PLEASE explain to me how I am able to have accounts with multiple crypto exchanges with no problem. Their requirements are much more thorough, and I have had no issues with them.

SCAMMERS, KYC does not work, whatever provider they use is full of it and they do not care to “support” anything, I attempted to KYC, it got froze they had to manually reset it, I still had to uninstall and reinstall the app to allow me to re attempt to verify and after it crashing as I submitted again I received this generic bs. “Hello, Thank you for your interest in Rhino Bitcoin and for completing your account application. After review by our compliance partners, your identity verification could not be approved. This decision is final and cannot be overturned by the Rhino support team. We apologize for any inconvenience.” The screen showed my documents were submitted then I was flashed an error screen. I emailed two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH A DIME.

I opened and account after being referred by a friend. Did the kyc and thought it was taken exceptionally long because normally it verifies almost instantly on other sites. I contact support after 24 hours inquiring about why my kyc was still pending and I get told to wait for another 2 days if I don't hear anything by then to contact them. Shortly after that I receive a message stating, "Hello, Thank you for your interest in Rhino Bitcoin and completing your account application. After review by our compliance partners, your KYC verification has been declined. This decision is final and cannot be overturned by a member of the Rhino support team." I've never had a failed kyc nor issues with any accounts I currently have. I asked who did the kyc compliance verification so I can request a report as to what information they have on me and ensure it's correct. If they are supplying rhino with information to verify my identity for an account then just like a credit reporting agency they are supposed to supply the information they have on you so you can confirm if it's correct and dispute it if it's not. This is the response I received, "Thank you for your messages and for your patience. After a full review by our compliance partners, your KYC verification has been declined. This decision is final and cannot be overturned.We work with specialized compliance and identity verification partners to complete these checks. For security and regulatory reasons, we are unable to provide specific details about the decision or the information reviewed."

Great app, makes buying BTC so easy

I deposited $60k to buy the dip only to find out i had a $1000 limit. I reached out to Matty and did my KYC and was increased to $5000 Daily/$15000 weekly. How am i suppose to buy the dip with that limit. I reached out and he sent another KYC link today, which i did and only for me to login to the app and it says the same KYC i used to open the app is FROZEN. please can you just return my money. I only used the app for the lower fees.

I’m impressed with the app. It’s got very good and easy to use functionality. I get confused on some of the larger crypto exchanges and don’t know what to do next. Rhino is easy for me to navigate, and they have good prices on buying and selling comparatively.
