I gave this property 5 stars because of Jorge. During our 2 1/2 years renting, Jorge was always so friendly and respectful. Everytime he visited our home, he put booties on his shoes because we had a small child. It was those details that always made me appreciate Jorge and his attentiveness. He always explained everything to me so I was clear on what was happening and why. He told me the probable cause for the maintenance issue and how it would get fixed. Just an overall great man and he made any maintenance situation better with his attitude and professionalism. Liz the property manager did very well with tenant complaints. She always stayed mellow and listened with patience. She problem solved and got things done when needed. I would absolutely NOT give the PROPERTY 5 stars. I won't go into detail about all the negative things. I would not recommend to anyone that works hard for their money and appreciates a good neighborhood this property. We lived at the Bennett on Atlanta Court.

I'm writing this review with a mix of sadness and gratitude as I move out of my apartment at brush creek. For the past year, this place has truly felt like home, thanks in no small part to the incredible landlords, Liz and Audrey. From the moment I moved in, both Liz and Audrey have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive living experience. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently, and they always went above and beyond to ensure everything was in top condition. Including the apartments landscaping and pool maintenance.It's rare to find landlords who are so attentive and that truly care about their tenants. The apartment itself was fantastic,well,maintained, spacious, and with all the amenities I needed. I'm sad to leave such a wonderful place, but I'm also incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. If you're looking for an apartment in the Santa Rosa area, I wholeheartedly recommend Brush creek apartments 6221 Montecito blvd /lizette Gallardo. You won't find a better landlord or a more comfortable living environment. Thank you,Liz and Audrey, for everything!"

Great communication and professionalism from property manger Liz at 303 Farmers lane Santa Rosa. Always a quick response to any issue even quicker repairs. Living here has been very hassle free and comfortable. Also doing little things like the holiday decoration competitions were a really nice and fun bonus. Overall a great experience, thank you!

I really enjoyed living at Brush Creek Townhomes for over a year. Our Landlord Liz was super responsive and attentive, the property was kept in excellemt conditions and conveniently located close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and multiple areas of recreation. Our community felt safe and well maintained. Traffic during the rush hours could get really busy but it is expected due to multiple schoold around the area.

The community is conveniently place to many stores, parks, and the highway to downtown. I had a great time here and the staff is extremely helpful with everything. Liz is always on top of things and will make sure everything is taken care of.

I lived at the Brush Creek Apartments for almost 6 years. I have to say I lived so comfortably and happy there. Liz made it a more enjoyable place to live. She was always very atentive and responded to our needs as soon as possible. The few times we made maintenance requests Jorge and I apologize for not knowing the other gentlemans name but they both were always very kind and caring to our maintenance needs and the work that needed to be done. Very respectful every time they entered our unit for repairs and very prompt. If I didn't have the urgency to move i would still be there. I highly recommend the apartments and I will gladly move back if I could. Thank you Liz for a great experience.
