I love the creativity and the care with which they verify order details

I love my new Tshirt. Thank you for sorting out my missing delivery so quickly. I will be ordering some more soon

I bought this as a gift and haven't given it yet, so I can't say how much it was liked. I did received it on time and visually it looks good to me. Quality of material feels good too, so I am pleased with my order. Thank you.

I had ordered the wrong size by mistake (my husband had just died and I was not thinking straight), and though the return rule was pretty specific, they were kind enough to let me keep the first shirt and sent me a larger size. I though that was more than GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to your company!!

Delivery was timely, and merchandise arrived safely. It was exactly as advertised, and I am very pleased with it.

Amazing customer service. I had tried to contact the company in various different ways but didn't receive a response. Eventually I tried fb and within minutes I had a pm. Unfortunately my emails had gone into spam. A very apologetic response explained what had happened, which has now been fixed. Also the reason for my contact has been sorted (user error 🤦‍♀️) I have had various items from rhapsodye yarns always good quality, easy to order and swift delivery. I also like the personal touches in their emails. They are genuinely grateful for your order.

Product arrived promptly. Company offers fun products and good quality. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I love their shirts! They are soft, and durible, and I get so many compliments on them.
