Clever product that helps to meet a concern nearly all homebuyers have…their home declining significantly in price. With interest rates rising significantly it’s tough to know what will happen with home prices so having some downside protection makes a lot of sense. The website was easy to navigate and transparent. The buying process was straightforward and immediate email confirmations with the contract gave me added confidence.
