The company falsely advertises that they are based out of Danville Virginia. So shame on me for not researching further although I’m not sure how I could’ve known because I actually did research American based wig companies. I paid almost $400 for two wigs that are gross. The quality and colours are disgusting and are not even close to the fake photos that they use on their company website. And on top of that, I waited several weeks for such poor quality wigs when I could’ve ordered and received a quality product from a legitimate company. I’m begging all women do not order any products from Rewigs.com! Any positive reviews are fake. Unless you don’t mind wasting your time and money then go ahead and order from this company. But I prefer not to waste my time or money. I am returning the products and I’ve already contacted my credit card company to reverse charges. re-wigs.com should be ashamed of themselves. But I know that’s a pipe dream on my part.

I don't have anything good whatsoever to say about this company and wish I'd gone to Amazon. Delivery took ages, obviously coming from China. Wrong length, too long, fringe had to be combed to one side as its too long. When I complained by email and requested to return it, offered £25 and told to keep it just like many of the company's other disappointed customers. Wig cost £154. They do have a return and refund policy if you read their website but no intention of complying with it.

The two wigs I received are not the ones I ordered. They are way too long. I specifically ordered two short hair wigs that are barely pass my shoulder. These two wigs are very long.. I am very disappointed with them. I will never order from them again. They do not sell what they are showing on the website. Or the person picking the wigs are as blind as a bat!

I wish I could give this company a negative star, they don’t even rate a 1 star. Cheap horror product, no way to return, color is nothing like website description, I bought two wigs for my wife and spent over $400. Don’t do business with this fraud company.

The wig was not better than what you can buy from Amazon or Walmart for way less money. The Amazon wig was better.

I purchased a wig from Rewigs.com for $150. The wig looked nothing like its picture on their website. It is not wearable for the following reasons: limp, stringy, longer than it was pictured, looks different on the right side than the left, and does not lay flat on my head. The company sent me info on how I can improve the appearance of the wig. Their suggestions will not work. It’s a terrible looking wig. They offered to refund me $20 and I could keep the wig. This company is located in China which makes it a long, difficult process to return merchandise. Don’t waste your money on purchasing their wigs. Rewigs is not a reputable company. Shop for wigs elsewhere. You will be throwing away your money on an unwearable wig if you buy one from them. Don’t do it. I’m out of $150!!!!

Ordered a $284 light brown wig with highlights …10 days later I received a yellow blonde doll wig from someone named Doris Yasfbara …threw it away because I thought it couldn’t possibly be the wig from rewig.com as my tracking showed my wig in customs…they are insisting that it was the wig and Doris is associated with their company. I have disputed the claim through PayPal and am out $284. Can’t believe the yellow doll hair wig was supposed to be the light brown with highlights wig I ordered and paid for! This company is a SCAM!

Ugliest wig I've ever purchased. The color is horrendously unnatural. I KNOW I did NOT order this color. It is a bright gawdy red and it is wayyyy too shiny... making it obvious that I'm wearing a wig. I'm dropping it off at the nearest Goodwill. It'll make someone a terrific Halloween costume!! Don't waste your money.
