Essentially you do not know what you will end up with. There is no way for you to get the right color of your choice. Their website states that they will accept a return with a restock fee. That is a lie! I spent nearly $500 and they ask me to accept a $35 refund. This company is not honest and should be avoided. Their website should be branded fraudulent and taken down.

No communication regarding the order was rereceived from this company, the wig was received three weeks after ordering. It was the wrong size and hair was falling out of it, there were no labels inside the wig, it should have stated it was human hair and a Jane Fonda wig. The style was indescribable and not what was ordered. The return request was completed and undeliverable.

item was terrible. they would NOT allow me to send the crappy item back. DO NOT order from these steelers. if you feel the need to spend the money just flush it down the toilet instead.

I wished I did more investigation into this company.. my mistake!!! I did get my wig, very disappointed. Not like the picture came shipped in a plastic white bag, I shook it brushed it etc.. horrible! I have written several times about refund/return they told me to sell it to someone else because the cost of shipping, they offered me $40 refund on a $260.00 wig. I am still fighting with them! I just want to return it and be refunded.

As with everyone else, DO NOT BUY!!!! This company is shady. I didn’t realize these were handmade and had told the company that I needed it by a certain date and was told no problem. Well now they won’t have it until after that date. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wish I had checked deeper into this company before I purchased one of their wigs. The wig I ordered was a disappointment to say the lease. The return/exchange policy states the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their product. That is understandable. HOWEVER, when I was finally able to speak with a customer service rep, I was informed that the factory is in China which means that I would have to pay for shipment there. WHAT!?!? Even though I am not at all satisfied with the wig nor the cost to return it, the only offer I received was a 20% refund (big woop). I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Please DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They are a total rip off. The company is located in China. I received the product very casually packaged, not even a box. The product is very poor condition and the hair keeps falling out and the hair line looks really unnatural. I email them to try get my money back, they reply me below that: Sorry to bring you a bad experience, our factory is in China, the address on the parcel is the address of the logistics center, not the address of our warehouse.
