So I'm a little confused and worried! At first when I won the little $5 dollars the app paid out quick and with out a problem. Then my boyfriend who does not reside with me won a $100 and the app said he had to wait 60 days to receive payment. This was apparently due to a technical issue of an IP address picking up me at his house. What girlfriend does not visit their boyfriend? However , I offered to give my id or any proof of residence and was still received the same automatic response to refer to the terms and conditions. I'm livid at this point because I thought the apps wanted us to suggest the app to friends and family. Not punish us for giving them the information and showing them how to use the app. So long story short because I visited my boyfriend's house , showed him how to use the app while completing my $5s out my boyfriend can not obtain his $100. Even though, we reside 12 minutes apart. Hopefully they have a better solution than this. But as of now this is ridiculous!

The previous three years have gone through with no issue. This year when I reported one of my deals did not credit they said it was because I was using a VPN/Proxy/Incognito window. Which is just false. I have none of those set up. (They mentioned no other issues) I sent a review to the BBB because I feel I was not getting credit that was earned. The next day I had a long email from their customer support team saying I was permenantly disqualified for multiple reasons (all of which are either false or a grave misrepresentation of the facts)

As the many other 1-star reviews state... this website is a scam. I got to Level 4 of their deal system, where you have to complete 5 deals. 3 of them went through but the final 2 deals (mobile game apps Scrabble Go and Words of Wonders) did not register in their system as being completed. I submitted screenshots to their customer service as proof of level completion but they kept emailing the same copy/paste answers, accusing me of using a different IP address, mobile phone, email address...about 20 different scenarios. I responded in bullet points truthfully to each and every scenario - that I downloaded the apps from their deal page and completed the requisite levels, which took me 3 days to do. I waited a week to even reach out to them. They still didn't believe me or even consider looking into why their system doesn't register deals as being worked on or completed. Our email exchange went back and forth about 20 times until I finally gave up. This was one of the the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. I believe this company just exists to steal customer data and their ad revenue is not high enough to actually pay out gift cards, so they sabotage their customers instead. Seriously, do not waste your time with these scammers!

This company has majorly fell off from its first days of its inception. The customer service is irrational and incompetent — more than often lazily regurgitating copied and pasted responses to inquiries redundantly/repeatedly regardless of how many times you attempt to garner an actual response. Also, nowadays, past a certain point in the program they make it nearly impossible for certain deals to register automatically to your completion queue. -Which in turn makes you have to reach out to them to manually add deals for you. Which in turn wastes days of turnaround time. Furthermore they’ve chosen to now limit/cap the amount of times they can even manually do that. Ultimately seemingly rigging their system so that it’s almost impossible to reach higher payout levels…I guess their logic is that people should be penalized for their own system’s shortcomings but to pay no mind to the fact that RZU stands to benefit from those shortcomings. Then maybe worst of all they’ve now instituted the most asinine, illogical, terms (that they’ll arbitrarily bend at their choosing when it suits them) to aim to disqualify participants along the way. Doesn’t matter how nonsensical, doesn’t matter how contradictory, they will not budge, nor see basic common-sense reason, if you try to contest their ruling….it’s a nice idea and it used to be really great, but unfortunately they’ve turned crooked these days. I guess greed got to them.

I went through their whole entire rewards program and completed the number of deals required to obtain the $500 prize. I had issues with my ID submissions and was told that they cannot be reviewed manually as requested. so On the 30th day I had to submit verification I went to my local DMV and obtained a brand new Florida driver's license. I submitted my documents that evening but the submission kept failing and my pictures were accused being out of focus or blurry which was not the truth at all. Anyone with eyes could see that my submissions and pictures were readable and then any issues that were arising were issues with the verification software. I told them that human should look at them to see the validity of my claim. No one did. I have several correspondence back and forth about this. On top of this, I was being accused of submitting my ID submissions on the 22nd and not the 21st which would have put me outside the claim date range. Although emails are time stamped and you can clearly see I submitted my documents on the 21st I was still being accused of submitting them the day afterwards. This was a blatant lie that I had send several emails to get cleared up. I then was accused of exceeding the three-time submission attempt limit and also using two courtesy attempts. This was also not true. After submission failure you receive an email saying that it failed. I only received two, not five. I have been saying over and over to support and have written countless emails about this issue and not once has anyone taking the time to use their own human eyes to look at my submissions. If they had they would see that my pics are not out of focus nor blurry as accused. Anything that supposedly is is merely a design element of my Florida driver's license which is newly designed. Because these machines and software are not infallible and do have a failure rate someone needs to look at them manually but, no one has done so.

RewardsWizard, and any other names this company hides behind, run a large scale scam. This scam involves promising monetary rewards for signing up and creating accounts or doing tasks. Most of these tasks require giving up personal information, hidden fees after attaching payment accounts/cards, and weekly or monthly subscriptions. The site maintains you must complete certain levels for your rewards, but the way in which to stay on a single level to fulfill all requirements is purposefully unclear. Furthermore, successful completions are given "deal credits". The company will purposefully and unethically entice you to complete more offers, but will stop rewarding credits when you are due for any rewards; It seems to do so in the hopes of having one continue to futilely spend money. In essence, it is purposefully done to make sure you do not have time to cancel your subscriptions or hidden fees as communication with the company is severely cut off and they refuse to answer, especially when you deserve an immediate reward. The automation will continue to spam you that you are close, instead of giving your deal credits. It is a dishonest scam to get our personal information, and find sneaky ways to induce you to spend more money without holding up their part of the implied agreement. I should have been close to the $250 reward, and the $100 rewards should have been immediate. After notifying the BBB they responded to me. However, after saying I have proof of completed offers they started ignoring me again!
