Unable to Access My Reward XP Account After the Recent Update I have been using Reward XP and was able to access my account normally before the recent website update. However, after the update, I am unable to access Reward XP. I keep getting a Cloudflare message saying “Sorry, you have been blocked” and that I am unable to access rewardxp.com. I am accessing the website from Egypt and I am not using a VPN or proxy. I have also tried different browsers and internet connections, but the same problem continues. This is very frustrating because I cannot access my account or use my existing balance. I hope the Reward XP team can look into this issue and unblock my access as soon as possible. Also I think they doing this to all new people with the hold for 30 days too. Which they don't said in their tos because if it did. I would of never join and waste my time. And theres a good chance they will not pay you at the end of 30 days too. They just want people to fall for it and do as many offers they can in the 30 days and not pay a penny. Awful. Torox offer quit tracking after the payout reached $10. Then there is no were within the app to contact support. Not for torox or for rewardxp. RewardXP also uses a 100,000 = $1 conversion system to trick you into thinking your making more when really it's penny's. There is not a single good reason to use any other conversion than 1 to 1. Ask them about it. You won't receive a reply because you can't even make up a decent lie for why it's not 1 to 1. Reward xp has a official discord channel. You also will not receive any help contacting support through it. They will give you a link to torox support which they also do not reply. It's pretty much a waste of your time. However if you still to the penny payouts you will be living in heavy. Everything works great until you get into the $5 and above payouts.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent increase in the minimum points required for a payout. This change is very disappointing and makes the reward system feel unfair.

I tried out this platform along with several others last summer looking for a light side gig. Apart from personally finding it by several metrics inferior to the competition due to mainly focusing on survey partners with mediocre payouts and frequent screen outs, I was surprised when two of the few surveys I completed were suddenly reversed weeks after being finished, and appalled when after over a week of waiting for support I got a generic reply that didn't give a justification for the reversals, and after politely inquiring about my right to data deletion as per Art. 17 and 13 of the GDPR I was told, quote: "F*** off privacy troll." (censored to comply with Trustpilot guidelines, but the original was explicit). This isn't some new rogue intern who wrote this, it was according to their GMail credentials the Support Lead. Now while certainly it would motivate me to leave a negative review, I don't care about receiving a ban and I have no interest in contesting it, primarily because I think that putting partners first and users last will not end well and it's their own problem not mine - but it's the attitude and the behaviour of support that is beyond the pale and made me write this review. Given the lack of communication on why the surveys were reversed (the partner reversing them and the platform banning users for simply having the surveys, perhaps unjustifiably, reversed is not a procedure reflecting proper accountability), the waiting time on support (14 days from the original request to the first non-automated response when the bot message claims "our team will reach out within 1-2 business days") and ultimately the disgraceful behaviour of the support lead (not only insulting but outright dismissive and stomping on user rights in reply to a polite request), I can't but give this platform the lowest possible score. To all users looking for GPT platforms: look elsewhere. There are much better alternatives with better paid tasks and where the staff won't trample over you and tyrannize user rights. I have to say that I couldn't have wished for a better reply, save of course for a full apology: the grammar alone is a good tell of how 'professional' these people are, but the fact that they ultimately complied with the GDPR inquiry once the dispute turned into a public review when they could have simply not written that troglodyte dross in response, that is the cherry on top, and combined with the closing "With love" and the lack of any apology it demonstrates how little regard they have for the users. Now they would like to claim I'm 'upset' but I am on the contrary glad I was banned because it prevented me from being involved with this platform any longer, rather my only concern was my right to be forgotten but instead here we are in the public space thanks to that crass response. I wholly agree that fraud is rampant in this industry, it's mainly committed by the platforms and survey partners using a plethora of tactics commonly including 'missing' rewards, stopping providing users with available surveys when they get close to the withdrawal minimum, or simply banning them with a pretext and no appeal when expedient. Indeed deciding that you are a 'fraudulent' user because the survey partner reversed some of your legitimately completed survey (which they have an incentive to do since then they don't have to pay you) and being denied a justification or proof (e.g. "we are no obligation to respond to requests from fraudulent users") because the fact itself that you had surveys reversed means that you are already convincted in their eyes and therefore are owed no explanation, now this could well fit in a Kafka novel. To all readers, take this as a warning when thinking of using this platform, and stay as far away as possible from this kind of people who would gladly turn 'users' into 'used'.

Super rude support team , no support provided. Good platform , absolute horrendous moderation. I changed my ISP which they registered as some sort of proxy fraud and then instead of providing support they banned my account on Discord mid conversation and scammed me off a few dollars.
