Does pay, but...
This website will pay, but in my opinion is a cash grab. As an advertiser, when a person views a video, there is an ad front and center blocking view of my video. Even if i close it, it reappears 30 seconds later. Why would I advertise to have my video blocked by an ad? As a video viewer, most videos only pay $0.001/view. Minimum withdraw $1. Thats literally 1000 youtube videos you have to watch to get 1 USD. Most people will not finish. So site gets to keep the deposits because people wont finish. Site makes the ad revenue while your video plays in the background. I have 415 referrals. Everyone gave up but a few... Payouts too low. Minimum withdraw too high.
