I ordered 5 cars November 22, 2019. First my credit card got declined. Silly me didn't think anything of it. Went and got my husbands card. His went through. Immediately afterwards he got a phone call about a fraud alert asking if we made the purchase. He told them we had. We then received an email saying our order would arrive within 7 - 16 days. Here we are on December 25, 2019 without the cars and had to run out and get a different gift for my grandchildren that i had planned on giving these to. Now i just want a refund and very disappointed.

I HAD TO HIT ONE STAR TO GIVE A REVIEW. I GIVE THEM ZERO!!!! I ORDERED MY PC TRANSFORMER CARS NOVEMBER 22ND. NEVER GOT THEM FOR CHRISTMAS. TRACKING SAYS THEY ARE STILL IN CHINA. THIS IS A SCAM DEFINITELY! I ORDERED THEM ON MY CREDIT CARD AND AM TURNING THEM IN FOR FRAUD THIS WEEK. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT FACEBOOK WOULD ALOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE! THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT WILL BE TWO MORE DAYS TO ARRIVE, AND THEM THEY KEEP ADDING TWO MORE DAYS TO THE WAIT. HOW CAN THAT BE WHEN TRACKING STOPPED IN CHINA!!!!! THE POOREST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM ALERT! Just like all the rest of the reviews on here. Ordered Nov-27th it is now Dec-25 and tracking details stopped on the 12th. Emailed them numerous times and no response and of course these scammers do not have a number you can call. Nothing more worse then ripping people of on Xmas. That $59 hurt but more importantly hurt my kids more! It will eventually catch up to them and I’ll be here reading about it and me and my kids will be laughing at you scammer lowlife scumbags! SCAM

This is my worst customer experience ever revvlo excavator was supposed to be delivered between December 26th and January 1st now I get no shipping tracking

Another one bites the dust I guess (me). I also ordered 2 cars in November and initial tracking stated shipped from warehouse in China to USA. The items were to be delivered by USPS but never arrived. Supposed to be Christmas items for my 2 grandsons. Something should be done! This is horrible that this happens and so many people are taken for.

Worst company ever. Tracking was supposed to be provided in 2-3 days. Ordered in nov and tracking still shows China. Scam

Such a scam. Ordered on Nov. 26th, said up to 16 days for shipment and still no update of the order. Last update was Dec 14th but now it’s Xmas eve and still no sign of it coming anytime soon. I’m never ordering from this company ever again... I would give it zero stars if I could.
