Was told to write a review in order to receive a refund for an order i haven’t received since August. Customer service guy with strong accent hung up in my face and was very rude. Hoping to get my full refund from this scam :)

Sir, you charged money from my account, but I did not intentionally purchase any card or membership. I only applied for a mobile phone, and after that, different amounts were charged from my account without my understanding or clear consent. Please kindly refund all the money that was charged from my account. I do not want any card, membership, or credits. I only want my money back to my original account/payment method. Please process my full refund and confirm once it has been completed. Thank you for your understanding and help.

Very Good Customer Care Service

I have absolutely no need for their products or service. I clicked on pay for shipping for a laptop, and was unknowingly buying a membership, I don't have any babies and at my age will not, I called and told them to cancel my membership, then three days later was charged again and now have credits I'll never need or want. It's been nothing but a hassle to get my money back and had to cancel my debit card because I don't trust that they actually canceled the membership. This has been a terrible experience and they fraudulantly take my money
