They obtained my personal information, probably illegally, and distributed it on the darkweb, either intentionally, or through sheer negligence. This company is clearly unethical. I submitted a takedown request. If they take my information down, I'll consider taking my review down.

I ordered parts that never arrived. Tried to file a claim. Denied. Tracking for UPS only said "label created" Neither company will refund because of this.

Ordered a dashboard through their web site, was sent an email stating it was on back order then two days later was being shipped via AAA Cooper (ACT). Shipping cost is over $400 and it arrived at their terminal in my town on the 23rd of September, it now the 29th of September and I cannot get anyone to answer phones to give me an answer why it cannot be delivered! Nothing from AAA Cooper and no one is answering from Revolution Parts!

Ordered a part, lost in shipping, took 4 months just to receive half of my refund. 2 months later and still missing $650 with support replying "I can't refund you or I'll get in trouble... I can't do anything on my end... file a claim with companyXYZ". I'm pushed to my limits and, now, writing a review. Refund your customer and handle your situation with your 3rd party vendors internally. Shame on Kia.Parts and RevolutionParts, shame, shame, shame... Hope this helps others when considering any type of business with Kia.Parts. Don't be a loser and look elsewhere.
