I asked the Elisabeth Arden consultant, who are apparently owned by Revlon, if the products I wanted to buy were tested on amimls and she said the were NOT. However, Peta have this company on their list for testing on animals either themselves or having other companies test on animals for them. This is deceitful conduct, both from the consultant and by those who trained her. I did purchase the products, but want to return them.

Mitchum deoderant rash and blisters turned into lasting brown scaring. Revlon seemed helpful in April but this turned into false promises, admissions to failures in their payment systems and unacceptable, unprofessional delays to presumably wear down claiments. Over 3 months later, after enormous time and effort on my part did I finally receive a refund. Only product cost with no additional offered for discomfort or time and duress. Really shocking behaviour from what was once a respected company, all be it now in severe financial difficilty. No wonder !

Trying to get a refund for a not for purpose /falsely advertised foundation from revlon and absolutely have my nz consumer rights trampled by an Australian call center person Jacquie Peters. Totally inept, sends an basic internal excel form she is supposed to fill in telling me I have to fill it in, just excuses evading. No wonder australia perfers to employ kiwis over their own if she's the example. All NZ Calls go to Australia FFS. Shit product and even worse customer service. Next call is to the commerce commission and advertising standards authority +fair go.

I tried a new addition Revlon hairdye. I tried it two weeks ago and it was awful. I felt like it had burnt my scalp. As if I had put heavy toner my haie. It didn't even work. I dyed my hair dark brown and it was still blonde with dark patches and I have dyed my hair multiple times so I know how to use it.

Revlon's Colorstay Multi-Liner. I wanted to love it but, sorry Revlon...this one's a bust. Nice product if you can get to it. Glides smoothly and I love the natural colors BUT after using it a couple of times and it becomes worn down (which it does quickly because it is so creamy), there is no apparent way to extract it. Sharpening breaks it all apart and it is unusable. Is there some magic way to expose the liner? Let me know and I'll retract this review.

My husband and I suffered from excruciating red rashes under both our arms after using Mitchum roll-on deodorant. These were sore and blotchy. They were also continually itchy for several weeks, causing scaring. Revlon contacted me in October asking for more details about the reactions we had suffered after using the deodorants. I replied with a full explanation, attaching photographs of my arms, as requested. In return I have received some £3.50 vouchers for more Mitchum deodorant! Really!!!! Is this acceptable compensation for second-degree burns?!
