RevivenodeReviews of revivenode.com

I’ve been using Revivenode as a host for a good few months now and I now own 4 servers and 1 web host with them . All of their products are fantastic and work very well. Just recently, I was wanting to upgrade 2 of my servers to 6gb of ram, and another on of my servers to have a dedicated IP. Alex (whom I presume is a manager) was very helpful, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and gave me some amazing customer support! Can’t recommend this company enough! Thanks Revivenode team! Keep up the great work!

They approached the server group I represent to suggest a partnership to promote them, and did less than the absolute bare minimum. We had issues with connections, nodes, and whenever we had those issues and brought them up with support and would not even get a response until over twelve hours later, and solutions were so slow coming that weeks after we were expecting to transfer over we were no closer after investing a lot of our time and energy. I'm sure if you get lucky and get a decent node and have no problems and never need anything ever, it might be fine, but if you expect them to uphold any more than the bare minimum if that? Absolutely not.

Response form any sort of support was rather slow. Connection on Some Nodes was fine but others had issues. That is from a Creator Server standpoint, just playing with a few friends is a fine enough experience as any other host. Edit: This was a 3 star review but after thinking on it some more I can recall when it would take upwards of 12hrs or more to get a simple response [not a fix] to issues we had. For a more detailed example of what happened, we were entering a partnership with Revivenode to host our SMP server and after many weeks of back and forth trying to get a functional server we got basically nowhere. Also the owner asked me to write this review via Discord DMs and I warned that I would not pull punches.

I really love using Revivenode. Even with their budget plans, you can expect high quality.

Amazing host! If you want to switch from Apex hosting to here, do it. You can get same hardware for $4 cheaper. And you can also use "STRIKER" for 15% off! Such a banger deal. Pretty quick support overall to fix any issues and downtime. Would recommend.

Before becoming a member with Revivenode, I had joined their Discord and started a support request. I asked them, why I should go with them over another company as I was switching from Minehut to a paid hosting service provider. Within the first few posts, they had convinced me why Revivenode! They offer great paid plans for hosting Minecraft servers! Their support staff is friendly and one of a kind. Big shoutout to Striker, Alex, Nasser and of course Antonio! In fact, just today I was having severe issues with my servers memory. Turns out my 6GB plan was not enough to cover my server anymore due to the plugins I am using. I opened a support ticket and Nasser & Antonio helped walk me though the process. Striker handled my upgrade and Alex helped me understand Automatic Server Restarts. 100/100 for support!

I haven't had any problems with Revivenode up until now, and the majority of the problem is my fault. Please make sure you are purchasing a powerful enough server to run Minecraft versions 1.13+. For example, if you buy a 1gb server for 1.16, it won't work because of lag. I would avoid store credit at all costs- if they refund you, they only refund the base you paid. Not the store credit you redeemed on the server. Good service, just that problem.

Revivenode has great staff and really fast support. I got an answer in a minute.
