My single tooth denture broke after less that a year. Both the front and back snaps broke off. They said it was past the 60 fix policy. For a $400+ single tooth , this is absurd

Four full months since I first placed my order and I do not yet have a partial in hand. They did send me one badly made one that made my mouth look WORSE. I requested a refund multiple times and they insisted they would need to make adjustments at least one time before refunding. They have had the bad partial back in their possession for six weeks. They keep saying they are working on it and will let me know when they send it. I am done. Customer Service team seems nice, but doesn't really understand how to listen. What an incredibly frustrating experience and I'm out over $500.

They are asking me to send back a product that I never received I am not saying they didn’t send it but they didn’t send it to my address have no proof it was delivered to my residence I live in a 62 plus secured area so it’s not like someone could use my teeth And again how do I return something to get a credit back to my card when I have nothing to send back because I never received it

To be fair, the product may be satisfactory for some purchasers, however my experience with my purchase (upper dentures) was a total disappointment. Of the several deficiencies I will list only the three most glaring: (1) The flange that covers most of the palate simply does not fit. (2) Despite having precise imprints of my teeth, the overall replacement does not fit properly. (3) Replacement must be removed before eating.

I placed an order for a dental partial in October 2025 and received the product in December 2025. Upon initial receipt, I immediately experienced pain and confirmed that the teeth were not properly aligned. I notified the company right away and was advised—by the owner—that adjustments were required before any refund could be considered. I followed their protocol in full and returned the product for adjustment as instructed. The adjusted partial was returned to me in January 2026, which is within the company’s advertised 60-day return period. Unfortunately, the adjusted product performed worse than the original. The partial now shifts and dislodges while speaking and eating, making it uncomfortable, impractical, and embarrassing to use. Because the product remains defective and unfit for its intended purpose, I requested a refund under the stated 60-day guarantee. Despite my full compliance with their process and timelines—and despite prior written confirmation from the owner that adjustments were required before a refund—the company is now attempting to deny the refund. This is a clear breakdown between advertised policy and actual execution. From a customer-experience standpoint, the return guarantee is not being honored even when the customer follows every required step in good faith. This product represents a significant financial investment (approximately over$500). Based on my experience, potential buyers should carefully consider the risk—not just of product quality, but of whether the company will stand behind its own guarantees once payment has been made.

I purchased a clear single tooth partial and sent the impressions in. 2 weeks later I get notified that they made my partial in gum colored and not clear (which costs more) so I would have to wait for them to remake it. I got it yesterday and when I put it in there’s a large dark colored gap between the partial and my tooth. It looks like a giant cavity between my teeth. I contacted the company and let them know and received an email saying my gum receded and that is my fault. If I want to redo it in gum colored I would need to pay them $100.??? They then said “A gentle reminder we don’t give refunds”. They never tried to fix the issue and brushed me off. They don’t answer their phone and they delete any negative feedback from their social media. I made a huge mistake trusting this internet only company, do yourself a favor and learn from my lesson.

I placed the order on aug 11. It’s now Sept 2 and I’m still waiting on them to tell me what I can or can not have. Let me rewind and tell you I was made to remake my mold multiple times until I had enough. Then they decided that the mold was acceptable. Then I decided to change my order and go with the retainer verses the partial. They agreed and decided a week later that the partial wasn’t going to work but wanted to charge me $90 more. An entire week of not knowing the change would work for me. Now I’m back and forth with them after they tried to do a bait and switch on me. Not a very reliable company. I will not be using them again.

My partial arrived broken in half. I thought that is how they made it, until I put the two pieces in my mouth and they cut my tongue! I called immediately and was asked to submit a picture, which I did. I then got another email asking for a Pic of my molds? Which I sent. I am very disappointed in this purchase.
