My Loan Officer was Robert Ryan-Rounseville, and he was absolutely the epitome of professionalism in the handling of my loan application from start to finish. He clearly detailed what steps would be necessary and the order in which they would be completed. That was most helpful to me. He was great in communicating with me by way of email or phone to advise of any issues in the loan process. He offered excellent advice and counsel regarding designating a portion of the loan proceeds to be set aside for tax and insurance. I initially objected, but Robert's persuasive professionalism convinced me that it was necessary for loan approval and would ultimately provide me with the financial flexibility and cash flow that I wanted and needed at this point in my life. Reverse Mortgage Funding was prompt and efficient in transferring funds to my account and providing information regarding the Reverse Mortgage Servicing Department. I would highly recommend RMF.
