Have been with the company since the past four years and have seen a lot of great improvements in the products and services provided. As with everything, there is always room for improvement, but overall have been happy. Great Job

When we first got Revel we had a few problems. For example tables where disappearing and jumping to other tables. Some split bill where having trouble closing out. When you call tec support they always answer and they do there best to fix the problem. There developing team is always updating and making there system better and better. For the last month we have not had any problems with the system. Overall we like the system and customers notice a difference in food times and like the ability to pay at the table with the server.

All around great POS system . Very user friendly. Decent price point with continual updates. Customer service come a long way past 4 years which was by far the weakness . Make sure you have an awesome sales rep like Vinh who is so helpful and knowledgeable. Very reliable system.

Revel support is fantastic. Our only complaint is their sales team. It is hard to get straight forward answers, even when you are trying to spend money with them.

The product is the best I've seen of its class and the tech support team is available 24/7 to help with any problems that arise. While that is great, ideally we would never have to contact the support team at all.

Revel has a great support team and is always helpful. With that said, the software itself is frustrating and not as user friendly as we would like. It almost seems as if those who are creating and updating Revel do not actually use it on a day to day basis. We use it for retail so I am not sure if maybe the restaurant business finds it easier to work with but because we have constant inventory, sales, custom orders, etc . it is not very flexible.

The only thing I have to say is that if they were more prepared for what the consumer would ask, then it wouldn't be a problem. Also if they wouldn't have to run in a circle to get a simple answer then it would be 10x's better!

It has been a very daunting task to upgrade to a feature rich POS system. There is a lot of information available at your fingertips. It does take a good bit of time to set up. Service has been very responsive and very helpful in the process. The more you put in it with your time and effort to get it set up, the better it will give you what you need, the better the experience will be. It has so many custom options to set up that I believe it would be a great asset for any retail type operation. I am in the swimming pool business and I have found ways to get it to do anything I need it too. The four stars is only because I am a little disappointed in the "integration with QB" that is advertised. It doesn't load all the information in QB. It does have the capability to load total daily sales including COG, employee hours for payroll and other journal entries. That really is all you need added to QB I suppose, but not as much as I expected. Can't say enough about how good the service after the sale has been. Very helpful customer service and onboarding team!
