Honestly I really like the system although there are few things that could make it more user friendly 😊

The support system is terrific. A live person always answers no matter what time it is and always solves the issue.

Revel has changed our inventory and really is a great system. Still have the little hiccups now and then. When it's a quick fix it's a great quick fix... some growing pains still and when it's a bad fix... it has taken days at some point. The staff in technical support are outstanding.

Overall good product and decent support but needs to move on additional features such as customizable reporting page layouts, Facebook online ordering optimization, and waitlist paging service.

Very happy with Revel product and the customer service. Had a few issues with bugs and system crashes, but always resolved by the Revel staff promptly. You can always get someone on the phone.

POS works good but still bugs that pop up from time to time whenever anything is changed to interact with QuickBooks.

I love this robust POS! It is perfect for all of my current restaurant needs as well as for potential growth in my business. Customer service is great and responds quickly - always eager to help and ensures that my questions are answered. Pricing is a little higher than competitors but certainly worth it!

Splendid quick to answer people with a can do it all software POS. Such flexibility is great. But could still improve on a few things but ticks more than all other similar POS....
