We have been using the Revel System for just over a year. We really like the ease of use of the system. To be able to customize products and make changes pretty instantly is so convenient. On the times we have run into an issue (whether we caused it or was a revel issue) support has been great helping us get the issue fixed and back up and running. Would definitely recommend this system.

Revel was terrific with on-boarding, and gave us a good deal of personal attention. Occasionally, when we need tech support, now that we're up and running, the responses seem rather "cookie cutter," and sometimes they don't solve the problem. Would be good to give a "refresher" one-hour call option after using the system for 6 months or so, for those who would like it (during on-boarding, so much info was coming our way, we couldn't digest it all)

Revel system is great but they need to improve some more features.

We have been generally happy with our experience with Revel. I wish there was a more full featured online ordering experience but they are continually developing new features so am hopeful that this will continue to evolve. The team is helpful and the system easy to use with many back end features.

Great company.

The service is pretty intuitive, and the software easy to work with, but for the QSR it isn't as tailor-made as one would like (though probably shouldn't expect). This is likely best for non-franchise systems or businesses, but it can be adjusted to at least do the minimum and a little more. Also, there is some effort to micro-transaction the customer for added features (like access to an app), but overall the sales team is polite and not pushy. Support is actually very helpful (not US-based, if that matters), and they are also very intuitive with problems.

Incredible customer support. Had some hiccups with purchasing the system. Not full disclosure on pricing. Anytime a concern has come up since installing the problems have been corrected. Very pleased with the support.

Smooth Experience! Revel has enabled our high sales year round Dairy Queen Treat location to operate with ease. Customers are wowed that we run the POS off an i-pad. Staff adjust to it super quick. We also use it for the payroll which is a must. Backend has a user friendly eye appealing interface, easy to navigate & change anything. Any infrequent issues are easily solved with a phone call to the 24/7 tech support. Thanks Shawn.C
