High quality POS
Product is capable and straightforward to use. Support is excellent. New features are rolled out regularly. Some functions that I'd consider core require additional subscription fees. Overall, we're happy with Revel

Love this company
Love this system and would recommend it to everyone. I have done so much with it! Yet there is so much more I can do. I and get online help at anytime, and enjoy talking to a real person if I need to. You have my vote!

software is great
software is great! The payment gateway (Freedom Pay) took more than a month to get set up - total nightmare - but now that it's set up it's all good. Software can do almost anything. sales reports are the big fix that we need. support is great though - and you can handle almost anything on your own so you.dont need to constantly pay someone for help. Fix the gateway and add a report for sales and I'll change to 5 starts in a blink.
Response from Revel SystemsOct 31, 2018
Hi Steve, we're really sorry about the difficulty you had while getting the payment gateway set up. We'd like to hear more about your ongoing payment gateway difficulties and what you're looking for from the sales reports (because we do actually have a few options for you, depending on what you need). Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can try to help. Thanks!

People are great! Better go thru ALL the training!
People are great, but it can get complicated, where you may have an option set, but be una are there are five other places you have to set up and activate before you can accomplish what seemed to be a simple task. Granted we did not go through the proper training due to reorganization at the same time.
Response from Revel SystemsSep 20, 2018
Thanks so much for your feedback, Jayce. We are constantly working to improve our onboarding and training programs to make sure our customers get the most out of our POS right out of the gate. Let us know if there are any functions you'd still like some help with! Best, Holden at Revel
