I have been incredibly impressed with Revel Systems. I work at a Retail store and Revel has been so accommodating to making it work for us and our needs. We have so many different products and though I was very intimidated by Revel at first, the Revel team has worked closely with me to help me learn how the system works and make it work for us. It took me about 5 weeks of training with the Revel team and I am now able to navigate through Revel confidently. I have also trained my team to use it and it works so well to keep our store organized.

I found Revel to be very helpful when assisting me and my employees on the Revel System. They always inquire if the problem has been solved and if there is any other way they can help. I find this helpful especially when additional questions come up. This shows great service and that the organization cares about my service.

The entire setup experience from programming the database to going live was very intuitive and seamless. The support from the customer service team has been tremendous. They are always patient and stay with us until the issues are resolved to our satisfaction.
