Have had very few issues with our Revel system. Any time we've had a problem, the tech team has solved the issue promptly . I have never had a bad interaction with any of the support techs. After more than one year with Revel, I'm still very happy with our experience.

Excellent POS system. It has saved me so much time as a shop owner. Also , easy for employees to use .It has improved our customer check out time greatly and our customers love that they can email the receipt . Inventory control is great so ordering is done in a timely manner so items are continuously available. This system is well worth the investment .

Since we started using Revel Systems in our Establishment we have full control of everything. The variety of solutions you can install in your POS is incredible, we can now know what is happening every moment anywhere.
