Revel partnered with Quickbooks Onine has made a huge difference to my business. I run a scuba diving shop. Althought it is not designed for my type of business I have been able to find work arounds within the system to fit my needs. I was using a program designed for scuba shops and it sucked big time. The improvements that could be made for my particular needs is a work order system for our repair department and a rental program for our gear rental department. All in all I give them an AAA+ rating for the difference they have made in my and my customers retail experience. Anytime I have needed customer service they promptly delt with my issue (usually my ignorance) in a timely and gracious manner. I would highly recommend Revel.

best decision I took. Within a week I saw the improvement. Easy to use, fast to training new employees, gives a bunch of reports and gives a very detailed control over all actions made by the users. Local support in Costa Rica is highly efficient, respond fast and makes sure the problem is solve.
